| Fortunately, My fever was gone after I had a good night's sleep. I came to Katsunuma in order to have a chair of wine seminar organized by Koshu City Government. It was a so fine and cold day. The event was hold at Katsunuma Budo-no-Oka, a visitor center and city hall in Katsunuma. |

At the first lecture, Mr. Yoshino talked about Koshu wine in general, who is the chief editor of WANDS, one of the oldest wine magazine in Japan.

I was in charge of the second lecture and led the wine tasting with Mr.Ajimura, who is the chief winemaker of Chateau Mercian. |

| I talked about many episodes that many western wine professionals met and drank Koshu wine. | |

| I also offered the attendants tasting Cave de Re-Lax imported wines. They were seemed to be impressed in the event very much. After the event, we went to "Milleprintemps", a fine French restaurant in Katsunuma and had a "job well done" party. ![]() |

We also enjoyed Koshu wine again. It was a really interesting experience for me. Thank you very much! |
