Kunio NAITO (born in September 1959) Managing director.

Experience of being in wine business: 21 years. Wine advisor approved by Japan Sommelier Association. Chevaliers du Tastevin. Favourites: Chardonnay, Pinot noir, inexpensive whites. Started his career with Mercian, then moved to Yamaya, where he found his gift to talk about wine. Opened his own shop Cave de Re-Lax in February 1999. Estimated his wine consumption per year is over 600 bottles.

Shuichi OYAMADA (born in October 1969) Store manager.

Experience of being in wine business: 9 years. Wine advisor approved by Japan Sommelier Association. Favourites: Bordeaux, Bordeaux, Bordeaux! Majored in art as a university undergraduate. Aspiring to be a photographer, he went to Paris, where he was charmed by wine. Respected as the walking dictionary of Bordeaux wines among the staff.
